Not only is every member fully vetted in terms of litigation history checks, technical skills, trading records, financial position, quality of work, trading practices and customer service, but we are continually vetted by you the consumer.
All of our customers are invited to fill out a works questionnaire that is submitted direct to the CPA for independent checking. The information is collated and turned into statistical performance reports assessing levels of competency. Independent surveying enables us to demonstrate to our customers that we are indeed as good as we say we are.
